Large Scale Detail Survey
Locates all the features and details on a parcel of land. This includes natural features & man-made structures. A detail survey also locates the topography of the land and presents this in contour form.
Services Set Out
Involves transferring the services design (sewer, electrical, stormwater/drainage, water) onto the land itself by various survey techniques. To aid and assist the builders in constructing the project exactly as per the engineer’s design.

Bulk Earthworks
This is the removal, moving or adding large quantities of soil or rock from a particular area to another. This is done to make an area a suitable height and level for a specific construction purpose.
Volume Surveys
Stockpile or earthwork volume surveys are carried out to determine volumes for excavation or fill quantities. These surveys are often used to determine actual earthwork quantities against design quantities.
